[00:00:30] Speaker A: My name is anarcho Lutherist, and I'll be playing Jasper Black, the brujah. [00:00:35] Speaker B: Hi, I'm glamour. I play candy, the nosferatu. [00:00:39] Speaker C: Hello, there. My name is Jimmy, and I'll be playing ren, the gangrel. [00:00:44] Speaker D: And my name is legacy. I will be playing margo, the daughter of Kokothne. [00:00:50] Speaker E: Hello. I'm your storyteller, vyrons. Last we left with the coterie, they had just left the safe house that they were at. Candy had talked to the rats to send a message to khalid the Nosferatu primogen. The rest of the coterie geared up and got ready to go to a anarch bar. As Candy finished her message to the rats, they all left and then arrived at the bar. It's actually kind of bustling with activity given, you know, there's been a storm raging for the past week that hasn't really let up. And, well, you know, a building kind of exploded and burned down, so tensions should be high in the city, but here, they don't seem to be. It's kind of refreshing. As you all enter, you, Jasper, you see some people you recognize from the anarchs, but you're not entirely certain. [00:02:02] Speaker A: I'll walk over trying to match the vibe. Pretend like it hasn't been the weirdest night of my life. Hey, y'all. How's the night going? [00:02:16] Speaker E: It's good. Do we know you? [00:02:21] Speaker A: I mean, lately, I haven't been around too much, but. Yeah, Jasper, blackjack's kid. [00:02:32] Speaker E: You don't really do discretion, do you? [00:02:38] Speaker A: Well, listen, I'm in a hurry tonight. Sorry if I'm not being subtle. There's important shit happening. [00:02:48] Speaker E: There's always important shit happening. What's going on? Now. [00:02:54] Speaker A: Do I feel like I should tell these guys. [00:02:59] Speaker E: That is fully dependent on you? [00:03:06] Speaker A: Listen, I don't think I can go into details yet. Well, he sort of looks around. Something big and good has happened. Something bad is happening. It'll wash out. I just need to talk to him. You guys seen him? [00:03:28] Speaker E: Sorry. Say that. Say the name again. [00:03:32] Speaker A: Blackjack. [00:03:34] Speaker E: Hmm. Yeah, we've seen him. Kind of think. I don't know. Saw him with some mad people. [00:03:50] Speaker A: Some mad people? [00:03:53] Speaker E: Yeah, mad people. You know, crazy. Hmm. [00:04:00] Speaker A: Where? [00:04:05] Speaker E: Um. Don't really know if I'm allowed to give out that information. [00:04:13] Speaker A: Come on, dude. Listen. What do you want? Cash a favor. I don't have time for this. There's a lot happening tonight. Check the news. I'm sure they've got. Well, maybe not. The point is, you know that club that it's important. Goddamn it. All right. You can't do a kindness once? [00:04:42] Speaker E: Give me a reason, kid of blackjack. [00:04:50] Speaker A: Cause the whole fucking city is gonna. The world. I met a. You're not gonna believe me, and that's okay. I talked to a werewolf vampire that killed a big shadow monster. And also, I was in a sabbat lair. It's too much. You're missing all of the context. I'm gonna sound mad. All right, maybe I'm one of the mad people. [00:05:17] Speaker E: Can you roll your charisma and persuasion? [00:05:22] Speaker A: Absolutely. Expression. [00:05:25] Speaker E: Yes. That's what I mean. I've been looking at other stuff lately. Sorry. Yeah. So, expression. Let's go. Off of conversation for now. For your specialty. [00:05:42] Speaker A: That'll be seven. Success. [00:05:43] Speaker C: Oh, my God. [00:05:45] Speaker E: Hell yeah. All right. Uh, they're, like, the three of them at this table. They kind of, like, all look at you, a little bit shocked, but they definitely believe you. Um, well, I think we saw him kind of near Southwell street. He's with some, you know, the mad ones. You know, crazy ones. [00:06:12] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, I got you. Um, does that. Am either the player forgetting a detail, or is that, like, totally new that there's some stuff going on there? [00:06:26] Speaker E: New information? As far as you know, Jasper has one intelligence, anyway. [00:06:31] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Fair enough. Well, thanks. I'll go see why he's hanging out with some. I'll go. I appreciate it. I owe you one, man. And I turn to the rest of the coterie. All right. South Wales street. Wales street. [00:06:46] Speaker E: What was the rest of the coterie doing during this whole, like, brief bit? Does anybody feed? How do they feed? [00:06:55] Speaker D: I definitely need to feed. [00:06:58] Speaker E: Does Candy have her mask? A thousand faces on? [00:07:02] Speaker B: Yeah, she does. [00:07:03] Speaker E: Oh, wait, we did roll that last session. Sorry about that. But presumably she does feed because she needs to spend blood for that. [00:07:11] Speaker B: Yep. [00:07:12] Speaker E: Okay. [00:07:14] Speaker C: I am still pretty much good. [00:07:17] Speaker E: All right, so, Ren, what are you doing while they're having this conversation? Unless you're just kind of, like, hovering as, like, this backup. [00:07:26] Speaker C: Yeah, I'm hovering as backup. Since I still am still feeling the effects of my frenzy. Some of these cups look very tempting to knock off right now. [00:07:43] Speaker E: There are a few that are kind of near the edge. [00:07:51] Speaker C: It's, like, slowly drifting towards one of these cups, and I was like. I don't know why. I just started trying to bat it off, just slightly tapping it, like, trying to get it off the table. [00:08:07] Speaker E: Jasper, you do see this? Or you can try to stop him from taking a class and drawing attention to yourselves. [00:08:15] Speaker A: I just sort of walk over and lightly grab Ren's hand, like, hey, man, come on. Get some help. [00:08:28] Speaker E: What? [00:08:28] Speaker A: Leave it alone. You're gonna start a bar fight. [00:08:34] Speaker C: Start tapping it again. [00:08:36] Speaker E: No. Or by two ladies, how are you feeding? [00:08:44] Speaker D: Feed. [00:08:47] Speaker E: How are you feeding? [00:08:49] Speaker D: Um, who's the most attractive guy in this bar or a gal? I'm not. I don't discriminate. [00:09:02] Speaker E: I mean, this is an anarch bar, and very stereotypically, it's kind of like, in that, like, biker leather. And there's a very full figured woman, to put it very kindly. Or some of the, like, you know, more crass mortals might say. She has a great rack. [00:09:25] Speaker D: Hell, yeah. [00:09:27] Speaker E: She's wearing, like, a nice biker leather vest, a popular band t shirt, jeans and flats for shoes, like boots, but yeah. [00:09:39] Speaker D: Okay, okay. All right, all right. Yeah. Listen, listen. We learned season one. Margot doesn't just Margo, Margo, Margot. Her sexuality is to be chalked up to the word yes. So I'm gonna go work my. Work my arms on. You will all be pleased to know that for the first time in probably the entire time you've known her, Margot's actually wearing pants. Yeah. Yep, yep, yep. I know. [00:10:20] Speaker C: Who are you and what happened to Margot? [00:10:25] Speaker D: It's the, uh. It's. It's the ventrue. It's. It's the little. It's a little rat, man, living rent free in her head. It's just, like, pantsuit. Nah, nah. We're going jeans, baby. Yeah, jeans and a t shirt. Daring. I'd like to. I'd like to go and work my, uh, my charms on her. [00:10:50] Speaker E: Yeah, let's go. Off of appearance and expression for the sake of things throwing your alluring as you can. [00:11:02] Speaker D: I use my words to kind of lure her in and use my enchanting voice. [00:11:09] Speaker E: Yes. Go ahead and make that roll first, then bend the blood point that I believe you need to spend for it as well. [00:11:16] Speaker D: Nope. Alluring voice is one of my merits. [00:11:21] Speaker E: Oh, that one. Okay. I'm sorry. I thought it was the. Oh, the enchanting voice, not the one that I'm thinking of for strict clan discipline. [00:11:29] Speaker D: Nope. It makes all of my persuasion, seduction checks that I use my voice for. Lowered the difficulty by two, I believe. [00:11:41] Speaker E: Yeah. So. Yeah, so difficulty four. Yeah. Presumably you two just start sucking face and you sink your fangs in. Your fangs. [00:11:51] Speaker D: Yeah, it do be like that sometimes. [00:11:54] Speaker E: It do be. Candy. How are you feeding? [00:12:05] Speaker B: Candy is going to go outside into, like, an alley behind the bar and wait for somebody who's drunk to come out so she can feed on them. [00:12:18] Speaker E: All right, I think I'll have you roll your dexterity and stealth, then. [00:12:23] Speaker D: Okay, I got six successes to suck face. [00:12:29] Speaker E: Six. Suck, suck face. You're welcome. Yeah, you get your six blood points. Actually, what? Wait, what's your blood pool? What's your max? Max is 13. What's your blood pool? Right now, before feeding, let me look. [00:12:51] Speaker D: At my sheet again. Ten. [00:12:58] Speaker E: Okay. Yeah, you're fine. Then you safely feed off her to your maximum. Perfect. [00:13:05] Speaker B: Will silent movements help me as a specialty? [00:13:08] Speaker E: Yeah, definitely. [00:13:10] Speaker D: Okay. [00:13:10] Speaker E: You're sneaking up on this person who is drunk. You are also probably gonna get a little bit drunk yourself, but not too much if you hold off. [00:13:22] Speaker B: Yeah. Oh, well, that's. [00:13:32] Speaker D: That would be three successes. [00:13:37] Speaker E: All right, you get three blood points back. [00:13:40] Speaker B: My blood pool is now five, so. [00:13:43] Speaker D: I need to make a self control check. [00:13:45] Speaker E: Yes. [00:13:50] Speaker B: What's my difficulty? [00:13:53] Speaker E: Seven. [00:13:57] Speaker B: One success, barely. [00:13:59] Speaker E: Contain yourself all I'd have. One more blood point back, your base fades a little bit more than you'd anticipated, and you kind of reel it back in. I'm assuming you guys then regroup outside the bar. [00:14:16] Speaker C: Mm hmm. [00:14:18] Speaker E: Mm hmm. You gonna find any other permission or elders of your own that you want to talk to before you go find blackjack? [00:14:29] Speaker C: I already left my message for Vinyaga. And. [00:14:39] Speaker E: You do know where she generally resides if you do want to go see her. [00:14:45] Speaker C: All right. [00:14:50] Speaker E: Do you guys want to talk to Annabelle, too? [00:14:56] Speaker C: We do need to speak with Annabelle as well. [00:15:00] Speaker E: There are also the other prim chin on the council. Nikolai, Patricia, Tyler, the brewha, one of the brujah permen. There's creatures as well? [00:15:10] Speaker A: Yeah, I think we talked about, like, telling Nikolai and then hoping he would the word, because that's, like, the only primogen except for our personal ones. In the case of ren that we've had, we, like, have a reliable way to contact and have had, really, interactions with. [00:15:28] Speaker C: Mm hmm. [00:15:30] Speaker A: If we have other contacts to get in touch with the primogen. Yeah, summoning them all to, I think the rub ruins of the succubus club is the way to go. [00:15:40] Speaker E: All right, so what are you doing first? You're gonna go find blackjack first, or you can find other people first? Like, I need hopelessly. [00:15:51] Speaker A: I want to get blackjack. [00:15:53] Speaker E: Okay. What does the rest of the group want? [00:15:57] Speaker C: I mean, I can go, like, I can go get Nikolai and. Cause I already did my whole animalism thing, so I already getting a message to nyaga. [00:16:15] Speaker B: I can go help find blackjack. Nikolai kind of scares me. [00:16:24] Speaker D: I'll go with Ren. [00:16:30] Speaker C: All right. [00:16:33] Speaker E: So just to make sure I have it correctly, Andy and Jasper are going to blackjack. [00:16:41] Speaker B: Yep. [00:16:45] Speaker E: Margot and Ren are going to nail. All right. As you all begin to gather outside the bar, your minds kind of stutter and shake and come to this realization that somebody is in front of you. Candy. [00:17:12] Speaker C: Oh. [00:17:12] Speaker E: Margot, Ren, you all recognize. Well, sorry, no. Candy, you recognize khaleed, Margo, and Ren. You feel like this person is familiar, but there is something in your mind obstructing the, like, actual name. Uh. [00:17:37] Speaker B: Candy will, um, give him a nod of respect and then approach him and say, they found you. [00:17:45] Speaker E: Oh, no, they haven't. I've been watching you for this entire time. I've been trying to figure out what your plans are. [00:17:54] Speaker B: That's not surprising. [00:18:02] Speaker E: You two want to go find the tremere, and you two want to go find the anarchy. It's a good plan, but I think you need all of you to fully convince each of those. Even I can't tell where Nikolai is hiding right now. Anyway, the chantry's gone, and he's using his own magicks to hide. [00:18:30] Speaker C: Oh. [00:18:34] Speaker B: That'S great. [00:18:35] Speaker A: Fucking tremere. [00:18:42] Speaker E: That's one way to put it. Something that might be beneficial for you to do instead, then, is go actually talk to Inyaga. Your animals will not reach her in time. Yeah, or they will be killed. [00:19:01] Speaker C: Yeah, that's fair. [00:19:02] Speaker E: I know. You know she resides at Graceland park? Yep. [00:19:10] Speaker C: I was just kind of hoping so I'll. Yeah, we can head over to Inyaga. [00:19:17] Speaker E: And you want all of us to meet at the Succubus club? The ruins of it. Why is that? [00:19:26] Speaker A: To drive the point home. [00:19:29] Speaker E: About what? [00:19:33] Speaker A: This succubus club isn't going to be the last thing that happens of that magnitude if we don't all get our shit together, talk it out, and find a workable solution, and keep our heads out of the sand. [00:19:49] Speaker E: And what's the problem, then? Hmm? What's your problem? What's this grandiose problem that you're trying to solve? [00:20:00] Speaker A: Are there before I go, because I already slipped up. Lol. I don't want to breach the masquerade. Are we in earshot of mortals while I'm speaking to this guy? [00:20:11] Speaker E: You are outside of a bar. [00:20:19] Speaker A: Some dogs, and some listen, man audiences. The point is, everything that we've been dealing with times ten, times a thousand, it's not gonna stop. We have a little bit of show and tell for you all. [00:20:38] Speaker E: You're a funny one. You claim to be an anarchist. You follow our traditions. [00:20:44] Speaker A: You know the anarchs also don't want, you know, people kicking down our doors and lighting our homes on fire, right? [00:20:51] Speaker E: Not even the spot. Do they just want to rule over the mortal? [00:21:00] Speaker A: We appreciate our own safety as much as you all do. [00:21:05] Speaker E: You have a poor way of showing it, then. [00:21:08] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, whatever. [00:21:13] Speaker E: Listen, you. You all kind of foolish in a way. If the SWAT are truly here, then we're gonna need concrete evidence. All of us. [00:21:31] Speaker A: We have it. [00:21:32] Speaker B: You really think I would have bothered to contact you without concrete evidence? [00:21:38] Speaker E: You never know. You believe it might be concrete evidence, and then when I come and investigate, I actually find out it's not while you still claim it is. So. It happens so often with people who try to be information brokers. Now, you go find Nyaga and convince her to also go to the succulents club. Or you can find blackjack and try to get him there, too. Your next stop, I would suggest, would probably go find Annabelle. She already knows that her club is gone. But if you can actually successfully convince her to go because of whatever problem you so claim there is, and she will be there. [00:22:32] Speaker B: Fine. [00:22:36] Speaker E: I will do my best to get Tyler and Cretius to be there as well. And hopefully the old man will be able to find Nikolai and bring him there as well. [00:22:51] Speaker A: Much obliged. [00:22:54] Speaker B: Thank you, Primogen. [00:22:56] Speaker E: You're welcome. Candy. I do appreciate your efforts and all that you have done. He. And he points at Jasper. Just needs to be smarter about who he talks to and how he talks about it. [00:23:16] Speaker A: Jasper just walks away. He can't right now. He can't start anything. You've got more important shit to do. [00:23:22] Speaker E: I'll have you roll yourself. Control. [00:23:24] Speaker A: Yeah, that seems fair to me. [00:23:28] Speaker C: Uh oh. [00:23:31] Speaker A: Difficulty eight. If I finally frenzy after all of this time from some cammy asshole. Two successes. Because Jasper, the golden God. [00:23:46] Speaker E: Yeah, you feel that rage bubbling inside you, but you quash it back down, all right? Khaleed kind of fades away from your vision, and Margot and Ren and Jasper kind of have a hard time remembering that he was exactly there. Candy struggles a bit, too, but she's more skilled in obfuscate, so she does have a bit of resistance in its powers. Only a faint bit, though. [00:24:27] Speaker B: Okay, so we need to go together as a group to convince blackjack, Annabelle and Enyaga, and not. And I guess we're not going to bother with Nikolai because of bullshit. [00:24:42] Speaker C: Yep, that sounds about right. [00:24:51] Speaker A: Yep. [00:24:55] Speaker C: The first Annabelle, then. [00:25:01] Speaker A: That seemed to be what he thought. [00:25:07] Speaker E: Margo? [00:25:09] Speaker D: Um, yes. [00:25:13] Speaker E: All right, I guess you guys make your way over it's. About kind of this 30, 45 minutes trek that you do, or about 15 by car. And you arrive at her manor. There's security there. They all watch you, waiting for you to make a move. [00:25:52] Speaker A: Will they recognize you, Margo? [00:25:55] Speaker D: They should. I don't know how safe it is for me to be. [00:26:06] Speaker C: Oh. [00:26:09] Speaker D: So. [00:26:09] Speaker C: Right. [00:26:11] Speaker D: Yeah. Um. Like I said, I should have been out of here a long time ago. I really should not be around people who have powers to see through what I am. [00:26:32] Speaker A: Dad is smart. [00:26:34] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:26:36] Speaker A: Do you guys have, like, a code phrase I can use? [00:26:41] Speaker D: Just say that you on behalf of Mago? [00:26:45] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:26:46] Speaker A: Hey, I got an offer. Carbon. I'll wave. Can we speak with Annabelle, please? [00:26:53] Speaker D: I'm doing it for Margo's gonna make herself scarce when he starts talking. [00:26:58] Speaker A: Yeah, I'm here on behalf of Margot. We've got a lot of stuff going on, but I need to speak with Annabelle. [00:27:10] Speaker E: Hmm. One of them kind of, like, makes that noise. Puts his finger to his earpiece. Turns around in a bit of a whisper. It takes a few minutes, actually. He does seem to be, like, in that very tense posture. And turns around. She's asking where her daughter is. [00:27:39] Speaker A: It's been a difficult night, and Margot has to recover. She will be aware, I imagine, of some occasional episodes, to try and be polite and subtle. I don't have to explain to you. I imagine Annabelle will know. [00:28:00] Speaker E: You see him put his finger to his earpiece, turn around again. Takes another few minutes. Ren definitely hears all the words being repeated. Back another few minutes. Again. Turns around. All right. She barely permits you to come in, but she's allowing it. Count it in your good graces, as she is. Count your blessings as she is. Sorry. [00:28:26] Speaker A: Will do. And I'll walk past him. [00:28:30] Speaker B: Andy. [00:28:33] Speaker E: All right, guys. Walk inside. And you see kind of like one of those, like, great, uh, grand staircases that you see. You know, like that. Allow you to, like, kind of do, like, that ball gown, walk down kind of thing. Very random staircase. Ah, the fuckwit, the rat and the lynx. I'm sorry, the feline. What is the pleasure that you deem to give me? The beauty of the art. [00:29:16] Speaker A: You know, I am going to look past that, because I guess I'm the most mature person in this room. There is important business that needs to be handled tonight. It is urgent. Where you go? To the other primogeniture. And unfortunately, it's been called at the site of where the succubus clause was. Your attendance is necessary. [00:29:41] Speaker E: Why didn't the other person contact me? [00:29:45] Speaker A: It's all very fly by night, seat of the pants, you know, fast acting. It seems you haven't heard of some of the events that have happened tonight. You will very soon. And so will the rest of the primogen. [00:30:08] Speaker E: I gotta check something super duper quick. I am actually looking for not. Where is it? Where. Where is it? There we go. Uh, what is your current will PowerPoint? [00:30:40] Speaker A: I've got one remaining. [00:30:43] Speaker D: I have zero. [00:30:44] Speaker E: I'm not even going to have her roll this. This is something that she's going to very easily. Do you feel powers of presence, activate and pull towards you. We're entranced with her, Jasper. You're gonna tell and she's gonna say, yeah, tell me what happened tonight. Please and thank you. [00:31:09] Speaker A: Lupines killed the prince. We were attacked by some kind of spirit that was killed by a different lupine. We found the Sabbat. We were told the Sabbat and the Lupines are working together. [00:31:22] Speaker E: Feline. Which loop with the Sabbat. [00:31:30] Speaker C: A faction that's called the black spiral dancers. [00:31:35] Speaker E: Thank you for being so forthcoming with your information. I appreciate you. This is why I like you better. [00:31:49] Speaker A: Jasper is effectively in love with her, so I can't wisecrack. [00:31:54] Speaker E: No, you're just her willing servant for the moment. This is just gonna be for the rest of the scene. [00:32:02] Speaker A: Thank God. [00:32:05] Speaker E: Well, little fuck up. Why is it so important that I come? [00:32:14] Speaker A: Because it's important that everybody in the city knows our circumstances and is willing to throw our lot in and do something about it. Because so far, the approach hasn't done shit. We declared war. [00:32:35] Speaker E: That is the most accurate thing I've ever heard you say. I should have done this more long ago on you. [00:32:49] Speaker A: Absolutely, Annabelle. [00:32:52] Speaker E: She smiles and nods her head. All right, you're dismissed. I will be there in an hour. [00:33:03] Speaker D: Candy, just look faintly disgusted. [00:33:09] Speaker E: She did. I will say, edible. Never looked in your direction the entire time she dressed you, but that was it. All right, do you guys go see Count Margot, tell her what happened? Or do you all then just kind of make your way to your next primogen or mentor? [00:33:36] Speaker C: Well, at least. [00:33:37] Speaker A: Yeah, we'll poke her head around for Margo. [00:33:41] Speaker B: I will say as they're leaving, Candy, mother's under her breath. Are you afraid that what I look like on the outside is what you look like on the inside? [00:33:51] Speaker A: Yeah. Fuck that rich bitch gonna burn down her. Haven't. [00:33:55] Speaker C: Still same scene, so I didn't know. [00:33:58] Speaker A: If you were, like, moving on. Never mind. Hey, don't say that. We love that woman. [00:34:11] Speaker C: I just. I give candy every assuring grace on the shoulder. [00:34:20] Speaker B: Andy smiles at you. Let's just go. [00:34:25] Speaker C: Yeah, let's find Margo, and then we'll go to Enyaga. We have an hour. [00:34:37] Speaker E: Margo, where are you hiding right now? [00:34:41] Speaker D: Poking a cigarette. [00:34:43] Speaker E: Just kind of, like, outside the gates. [00:34:45] Speaker D: Just outside the gates? Yeah, she's just chilling, all right? It's not really hiding. She. She's. She's not, like, ducking and covering anywhere. She's just not going with an eye shot of Annabelle. [00:34:58] Speaker E: Yeah. All right, because he knows she has aspects. [00:35:03] Speaker D: Yeah, yeah, that. That bitch has the power of. [00:35:07] Speaker E: Ooh. [00:35:08] Speaker D: Diablo. Fucking slap me into 2027. [00:35:14] Speaker E: She's. She's the only one that, you know, has auspics right now? Mm hmm. [00:35:19] Speaker D: Mm hmm. No, listen, I'm treating every permigen as though they have high levels of ospex. [00:35:25] Speaker E: You're not going to talk to any of them, okay? [00:35:30] Speaker D: I got eight dice. [00:35:31] Speaker A: We'll make it work. They all hate me, but it's fine. [00:35:34] Speaker E: You guys come across Margot. She's just outside the gate smoking her cigarette. [00:35:40] Speaker D: How'd it go? [00:35:42] Speaker E: Your mother's a bit. [00:35:44] Speaker D: I think she's so swell. [00:35:46] Speaker A: I don't know how I hadn't seen that until now. [00:35:48] Speaker D: What happened to you? Oh, my. [00:35:57] Speaker A: Good, then she would never. [00:36:04] Speaker D: She just takes the. Another drag for cigarettes. Okay, don't worry. Your true feelings will resume in, like, now or something. [00:36:16] Speaker E: Give or take. Yep. [00:36:20] Speaker D: All right, well, where are we off to next? I offer my emotional support, but not my physical. [00:36:27] Speaker C: Going to see a Niagara. [00:36:30] Speaker D: Okay, wonderful. Um, good luck. She'll. She'll just clasp her. [00:36:38] Speaker E: Her. [00:36:38] Speaker D: Her hands on Ren's shoulders. You got. [00:36:43] Speaker E: I'm gonna. I'm gonna kind of remind you of your second level of your discipline, Margot. [00:36:59] Speaker D: Let me look at that one again. [00:37:04] Speaker E: You guys make your way to Inyaka while you look at that. It's another cab ride. Whoever pays, pays again. [00:37:11] Speaker D: No, I'll be right back. Listen, I'm not talking to any of these people. I'll pay for us to get to. [00:37:16] Speaker A: Where we need to go. [00:37:18] Speaker E: Yeah. You guys arrive at Graceland park, so named after Elvis. All right. [00:37:27] Speaker C: This is gonna be fun. [00:37:30] Speaker B: Oh, Bren. [00:37:33] Speaker C: Yeah? [00:37:35] Speaker B: I don't. I don't know how things really work among the gang girl, but did you need, like, permission to give me your blood? [00:37:46] Speaker C: Not really. It's fine. [00:37:53] Speaker B: Okay. I just wanted to ask. [00:37:59] Speaker C: Yeah. It's all good. [00:38:02] Speaker B: Okay. [00:38:04] Speaker C: And. All right, just let me. Let's go ahead and speak with Enyaga and get this over and done with. I'll lead this, and I start heading my way into Graceland park to find. [00:38:22] Speaker A: Oh, and. Yeah. [00:38:27] Speaker D: Yeah. But I think it's gonna be a little suss if they hear my voice but they don't see me. [00:38:35] Speaker E: The thing. Okay, here's what I'll say, is that you could very. You were skilled at lying. [00:38:42] Speaker D: Fair. [00:38:43] Speaker E: And you could say you're just in the safe haven. Yeah. [00:38:47] Speaker D: Fair, fair, fair. [00:38:50] Speaker E: I'm giving you the opportunity to be active in the scene. All right. [00:38:57] Speaker D: If that's the case, she would probably end up doing that. Actually, to. [00:39:08] Speaker E: Is this going to be a surprise or. Oh, through Annabelle. To, like, talk. [00:39:13] Speaker D: Yeah. To basically apologize and say, I'm sorry I wasn't there. I look ugly right now. [00:39:23] Speaker E: All right. [00:39:25] Speaker D: I'm still riding the. I have a lot of damage. [00:39:30] Speaker E: Yeah. I'll have you roll your wits performance and spend the blood point. That'll just be, like, one turn of speech. [00:39:36] Speaker D: Yeah. [00:39:43] Speaker E: And then as for the other three, do you tell them that you might speak through them or. No. [00:39:52] Speaker D: It'S not speaking through someone. It's projecting my voice so that someone hears me from a distance. [00:40:04] Speaker E: Okay. Um. All right, so you actually know. You've met in Yaga. You have. For the other three, though, how are you gonna find her? I'm gonna part. [00:40:27] Speaker A: Trust Ren implicitly that he knows exactly where we're going. [00:40:32] Speaker B: Yeah. Candy's plan was to just follow Ren. [00:40:38] Speaker D: I got three successes. I'm telling her. Sorry, I look really fucking ugly right now. I don't think you want to see me. [00:40:45] Speaker E: You kind of get this, like, mental feedback of going. Like, that's fair. I would not want to see that. [00:40:54] Speaker D: I know my adopted parent well. [00:41:00] Speaker E: All right, other three. Wren. You know, one way that you could probably contact her is to probably howl or do some sort of meow in lynx form or change your. Throw into that, like, kind of send out that kind of noise that you're there. [00:41:20] Speaker C: Yep. [00:41:22] Speaker E: I am going to hear people. Yep. [00:41:25] Speaker C: I am going to just. I'm just going to basically howl. Basically. Just to, like, let everyone know, just to be, like, call in yaga, basically. [00:41:40] Speaker E: All right. This is not going to be a good role for you. Um. [00:41:46] Speaker C: Oh, no. Oh, shit. [00:41:52] Speaker E: This is. I'm just gonna say this is your social attributes with animal Ken, because all of your social attributes are the same. [00:41:59] Speaker C: Oh, no. [00:42:01] Speaker E: Yeah, it's gonna be a diff. Five. [00:42:05] Speaker C: Yep. But I already know that's three dice. [00:42:09] Speaker E: But you have three dice. Um. [00:42:12] Speaker C: Yep. Here we go. Step five. [00:42:17] Speaker E: What's the test? [00:42:18] Speaker C: Thank goodness. [00:42:19] Speaker E: Yeah, you kind of let out that like yowl, that like loud noise that you need to. Sounds a slight bit off, but it does the job right. And you hear one, you definitely hear one back. I'm not even gonna make you roll for it. And you start making your way towards that direction. It takes a few extra minutes and you see a leopard kind of like curled up sitting and waiting for you. She's in her animal form right now. Yep. [00:43:02] Speaker C: Nyaga, I have some information. We were requesting that we're gathering all the primogens at the succubus club for information about what has happened in the night. We've come across a plot that um, we have information that spot is in Chicago and working with black spiral dancers. [00:43:40] Speaker E: At the mention of actual evidence of the spot, her ears perk up and she kind of shifts a bit. And I take it as like that part where she's actually kind of like shifting her voice around slightly or her throat around slightly. And it's a very bizarre sight for Jasper. Not too much for candy as she's learning Protean right now. And she knows that this is like some of the more major stuff that they could do. And her voice is going to come out as she's going to say well I'm glad that you have concrete evidence now. We didn't have anyone. We had the blood or. Now. Now we do. [00:44:25] Speaker C: Yes. [00:44:26] Speaker E: What is your evidence? [00:44:30] Speaker C: We'll be showing it at the Succubus club. It's of actual plans that they have with its actual plans with they're plans basically we found actual plans on a person. [00:44:56] Speaker E: So there is Sumitzee here then? Haven't seen them since my time in Europe. What did they carve it on? [00:45:15] Speaker C: On a person. [00:45:17] Speaker E: On the. Yes. Where. Where is the person? [00:45:25] Speaker C: We have them in a safe location right now and we're going to bring them to the. We're going to bring them to the succubus club. [00:45:35] Speaker E: Might be a better idea if you keep. Just explain and possibly even bring the others to where he is. [00:45:45] Speaker A: We would like to keep our safe haven as safe as possible. [00:45:58] Speaker E: I'm saying this to you as a kindness. I do not have interest in what you say. [00:46:12] Speaker A: He took a breath. Just to do that. [00:46:16] Speaker E: Just because you have done work for me does not mean you are in good standing with me. You lack a certain amount of humanity that I would prefer. And I can already tell that my disciple here is regaining some more, which I'm very proud of. [00:46:41] Speaker C: Not my head. [00:46:43] Speaker E: I do suggest that you do bring us there and keep your prisoner there. If you bring a prisoner out in broad daylight, it will show that you are holding someone hostage. You absolute moron. The leopard's head turns directly towards Jasper. [00:47:07] Speaker A: I'm not the only person making these decisions. I. You know what? It's okay. I am doing this for the good of all of the kindred of Chicago. And if you guys want to hate me for it, then I'll just go fuck myself. [00:47:23] Speaker E: You are doing something good. You just make foolish decisions. Like wanting to bring a prisoner out into the public to a wreckage of a club, which will definitely draw lots of attention. [00:47:36] Speaker A: Do you see the flaws between the entire Permigen council? We can't tell the mortals to shoe. [00:47:45] Speaker E: Yes, that is an incredibly bad idea. Cause if you tell them to shoe, what does see human nature do? It wants to investigate. [00:47:53] Speaker C: Investigate. [00:48:02] Speaker E: Come from a good place. You just lack the brains to fully acknowledge where your faults might be. [00:48:09] Speaker A: At the moment, all I'm saying is that it's a democratic coterie, all right? [00:48:15] Speaker E: Oh, I'm sure it is. Just. It's. Bringing the prisoner out is a bad idea. I'm sure that if the others heard you say that, they would know. Where is the regal one? [00:48:33] Speaker B: She got hurt, so she's resting. [00:48:37] Speaker E: Oh, dear. I hope she's all right. [00:48:42] Speaker B: She'll be okay. [00:48:45] Speaker E: All right, make sure she's at least at the safe house. If we go there, I would like to see her. [00:48:58] Speaker C: Okay. [00:49:00] Speaker E: Thank you. Is there any other business you would like to tell me? [00:49:09] Speaker C: If you can. [00:49:14] Speaker A: At least as well? [00:49:23] Speaker C: Because I know we are worried about the spirits as well. There's going to most likely be attack on the spirits here soon as well. [00:49:40] Speaker E: I'm not surprised. Do what? That preaching right now. [00:49:47] Speaker C: So if we want to give that to the werewolves, or if we want to just sit on it and wait until after this, that is up to you. [00:49:59] Speaker E: What is your goal with informing the primogen of the slot? [00:50:09] Speaker C: Just to drive them out. [00:50:11] Speaker E: Said it. You don't want to destroy them. They don't generally appreciate humanity like we do. And she's directly speaking to Ren about like when she says the humanity part. [00:50:28] Speaker C: No, I mean, I don't care if it's driving them out or killing them. I don't use those interchangeably when it comes to them. Just get them. Either get them the fuck away or just kill them. [00:50:43] Speaker E: I don't care. [00:50:46] Speaker C: I just want them gone. [00:50:49] Speaker E: They've abandoned humanity. It's okay to want them dead. She's gonna turn to candy now. Candy, what is your goals for informing us? Primogen of this threat. [00:51:10] Speaker B: I mean, I thought it would be sensible to tell the people in charge what's going on. At least the people who are supposed to be in charge. [00:51:25] Speaker E: Who do you think should be in charge then? The leopard does seem genuinely curious, respectful of your opinions at the moment. [00:51:35] Speaker B: I just think it's kind of funny that the primogen have all been hiding out while a bunch of neonates have been doing the work of actually finding out what the fuck is going on in the city. I mean, do you guys even know that the prince is dead? [00:51:51] Speaker E: Her ears twitch yet again? No. When did that happen? Tonight. [00:52:01] Speaker B: Tonight? Lupines killed him, so he's like dead now? I just, like. I feel like if you're going to call yourself a permission, it should be yours. Then you should have like a hands on role in, like, taking care of the city and making sure that things like that the city doesn't get to the state that it's in at the moment. And she sounds like, genuinely frustrated, which, like, this is her first time expressing frustration in front of a living authority figure. I just. I just. It's. It's frustrating because I just feel like. I don't know, I've been doing everything I've been told for the last 20 years because that's how it's supposed to work in the Camarilla. You're just supposed to put blind faith in the people above you because they'll fucking kill you if you question them. And 20 years later, I'm still just under my sire's thumb and I'm just doing a bunch of grunt work. And suddenly it's my job to make sure that the fucking cremagen know what the fuck is going on with their fucking city. [00:53:11] Speaker E: On those last few words, she just. She does change back into her original human form. Then as you finish what you're saying, she embraces you. Hugs you. You are absolutely correct. I know. I believe that the nosferatu is on his way out. [00:53:40] Speaker B: Which nosferatu? [00:53:43] Speaker E: The nosferatu, Khalid. He's on the council. I believe he's on his way out. You can make some real change there. [00:53:57] Speaker B: I don't. I. I don't know, candy just sort of. She returns the embrace, but she just sort of like, uses her hands, like, to, like, massage her temples. Chicago is such a fucking mess. [00:54:16] Speaker E: You could help us fix it. [00:54:20] Speaker C: Out of everyone, you would be the best, in my opinion. [00:54:26] Speaker B: I'll think about it. I just want the city to go back to a state of, like, somewhat normalcy, where the worst I had to worry about was a bunch of kindred stabbing each other in the back. [00:54:41] Speaker E: Which will probably be the demise of us all eventually. [00:54:46] Speaker B: Oh, definitely. [00:54:51] Speaker E: My dear. Give us some thought. I believe in you. [00:54:57] Speaker B: Thank you, Ramagen. And Yaga. [00:55:01] Speaker E: Justin, yaga for you. [00:55:04] Speaker B: Okay. [00:55:06] Speaker E: Jasper. [00:55:09] Speaker A: Mm hmm. [00:55:12] Speaker E: What do you want to do with this spot? Do you want them gone? Do you want to wage war against them? [00:55:21] Speaker A: Dead, gone. Out of my city? Don't. That means they're dust if they leave. I'm not going to chase them. But, I mean, the lupines they're working with are number one, I guess. You know, I don't want. I'm not trying to throw a hand grenade at a nuke, but the phantom will. [00:55:43] Speaker E: Do not worry about the lupine. What do you want with the spot? Do you want a wage war against them and destroy them in the city? [00:55:50] Speaker A: Yes. [00:55:55] Speaker E: It's a better reaction than the old man ever wanted. [00:56:03] Speaker A: All of the shit that's been happening, we, the blue pines, according to the. What do you call himself? An abomination. We spoke to. I assume all of that bullshit has been sabot potting or some, you know, joint effort. I'm tired of it. I want them all fucking gone. I want to go back to my old apartment, and I want to put my mirrors back up, and I don't care. That means I have to stake every single one of the ugly little fuckers with the gross little. Meet Clay. I want him out. I just. I want this. It's too much happening all the fucking time. [00:56:50] Speaker E: You are, like, electric in more ways than I think you would be willing to admit. Back when he was younger. [00:57:04] Speaker A: Not Camarilla. We're still broujah. I've got shit that I care about. It's just not your shit. So if I could get an ounce of respect, ever, that would be delightful. I show it to you all, don't I? I don't smash up windows. I've been everybody's errand boy because, believe it or not, I believe in stuff. [00:57:30] Speaker E: It's good that you believe. It's just the core tenets of the anarchs from the majority of time that I've traveled with around them have been that they don't want to be part of the jihad of the Methuselah and Incyla. [00:57:53] Speaker A: That doesn't have to be true as far as I'm concerned. I've been doing these jobs for free for other reasons. Everyone somehow kindred were getting sick. I went and I found a vaccine, and Thornhill attacked me for it. I. Nikolai. Here's word of some fucked up blood. I go and fetch it so we can destroy it. All right? This is not anybody controlling me. There's problems. I solve the problems, and I get nothing but shit and piss in return. You have not made your case for me seeing any of your side at all. Everyone I've spoken to. Yourself included in Yaga, Jasper, sort of like been up on being deferential, has shown me nothing but contempt. When I have done nothing but show respect, and I've done nothing but the right thing, why should I fall in line? [00:58:50] Speaker E: You shouldn't. But I will say some of the stuff that you listed is literally the bare minimum. [00:58:57] Speaker A: The bare minimum that you fuckers weren't doing. I. Jasper, I apologize. Sorry, Ren. Annabelle. The fucking mind. [00:59:08] Speaker E: Shit. [00:59:15] Speaker A: Sorry, rat. [00:59:22] Speaker C: You're fine. [00:59:23] Speaker E: Well, if you want war, then we can wage war. I'll need one night to gather my childer. And I'm sure you can convince your mentor to also wage warm. It will cause you to become a legend among the anarchs. If you drive out the spot of Chicago. [00:59:53] Speaker A: We'll see. I left some. In hindsight, unfortunate letters. [01:00:03] Speaker E: Only time will tell. With that, she kind of. She then turns back into her leopard form, kind of leaps and bounds through trees and goes away, leaving you all alone. There's one more person on your list. [01:00:30] Speaker C: Yep. Blackjack, I guess, is next. [01:00:39] Speaker A: Let's go see what my sire's doing. [01:00:42] Speaker C: And also, we need to see if we're going to change to the exit. Safe haven. [01:00:58] Speaker E: Do you guys inform Margo of anything that happened there? [01:01:03] Speaker C: I will inform Margot of what happened. [01:01:07] Speaker A: I don't think we just killed the prince. While we facilitated the death of the prince they all serve. I don't think we should bring him back to our safe house. We can take him to one of our old. You know, my lease hasn't run out on my apartment. We can take him there, I guess. You know, as long as they're not sleeping there. I want to. I like the drama, but if you guys all agree with a yin yaga, that is too dangerous. I don't mind putting my own apartment up. [01:01:37] Speaker B: Yeah, I mean, I'd offer up the sewers, but I don't think the old nosferatu would appreciate it. And the toreador would throw a tantrum. [01:01:46] Speaker C: Yep. My place does not work. Really, but it's. How are we going? [01:01:54] Speaker D: We can host it at my house. [01:02:02] Speaker A: Don't you want to stay out of sight? [01:02:07] Speaker D: Unfortunately, I can't hide forever. [01:02:12] Speaker C: Any nyaga is too good no offense. [01:02:18] Speaker D: Necessarily the most subtle. I can be subtle when I'm completely out of sight. But if this. If Inyaga is insisting that she meet with me for whatever reason. [01:02:38] Speaker A: I would. [01:02:39] Speaker D: Rather face the music that somebody's going to find out. And it has been wonderful knowing all of you, really. I'm sorry that my everything's drawn you all into this mess. [01:03:01] Speaker B: It's okay. Fast. And. [01:03:06] Speaker D: It'S not just the Diablo reads, you know, you all happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time, and we all got kind of mushed together. And one of you is not even a member of the camarilla. And that's not fair. How they been treating you? [01:03:27] Speaker A: Yeah, well, listen, I don't think I told this to you guys. I did my best. I was gonna. I tried to be an official diplomat. I got a little bit ghosted. Wait. Jasper doesn't know that word. They gave me the silent treatment and whatever. I'm gonna move on. We're gonna do the right thing, and they're probably all gonna kick me to death over it. But I'll die, correct? [01:03:53] Speaker D: That's not all right. [01:03:58] Speaker A: We'll get through tonight. I'll spray paint some of their havens tomorrow or something. [01:04:04] Speaker B: To be fair, I don't think my life would have been any less complicated without you guys in it. I. The camarilla is a nightmare. To be honest, I don't think I realized how much of a nightmare it is. But it is a nightmare. [01:04:20] Speaker A: You're always welcome with us, Candy. [01:04:25] Speaker D: Rather, unfortunately, I've been kind of in the same boat. [01:04:30] Speaker A: Your, uh, your domino's? Extra, extra dead. If you feel you don't need the protection anymore, my doors are open to you all. We have had our spats, but you have treated me well. If your bosses haven't. [01:04:48] Speaker B: My dominar's not dead. So I don't. I don't want to risk. [01:04:52] Speaker A: Next on the list. [01:04:55] Speaker D: Unfortunately, the woman who actually owns me, unless I get out of Chicago permanently, is gonna have a small grip on me for the rest of my days. Annabelle is good to those that she likes and cruel to those that she doesn't. But even a good. Even the good comes with an asterisk. And, uh, she. She's far too powerful. [01:05:29] Speaker B: Is this just what everyone ends up like when they get older? Because I think I'd rather. Because I think I'd rather die than end up like Annabelle. [01:05:41] Speaker A: Blackjack's pretty cool. [01:05:43] Speaker D: I don't. And I don't. I don't understand. Annabelle used to be such a wonder. She used to be so kind and loving. Then some chicken porsche showed up and things got weird and. I don't know. [01:06:03] Speaker E: Um, Jasper, I will say you do know that blackjack does not have auspex. [01:06:11] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, that's a good point. Yeah. By the way, Margo, blackjack, he can't do any of that second sight shit. So you can. You can come with us. Not in our blood. [01:06:25] Speaker D: Cool. [01:06:27] Speaker C: So. But. But also, we need someone to take our friend to Margo's place if we're going to. [01:06:38] Speaker A: He can drive him. Margo can get him in the car willingly? Ask him to get in the trunk. He'll do it, right? [01:06:47] Speaker E: Yeah. Do you tell Deborah? Here's what I can say. Do you use. [01:06:58] Speaker D: Fucking Debbie? Ah, fuck. Shit. [01:07:02] Speaker E: Deborah. [01:07:03] Speaker A: Deborah. I forgot about Debbie. My daughter. [01:07:07] Speaker D: My kid. [01:07:10] Speaker E: Uh. [01:07:10] Speaker D: Oh. [01:07:12] Speaker E: Uh. [01:07:13] Speaker D: Fuck, fuck, fuck. [01:07:14] Speaker A: You know what? [01:07:14] Speaker D: It's gonna be. It's gonna be a surprise for everybody involved in that situation. [01:07:20] Speaker C: Oh, no. [01:07:21] Speaker E: Can you go to this address? Go take somebody who's chained up in the basement, chain them up, put them in the trunk of the car, drive them to our house, and then put them in the basement. [01:07:30] Speaker D: And then put them in the basement. Why, mom? [01:07:32] Speaker E: Uh, don't ask questions. [01:07:35] Speaker D: Yeah, make sure the place is the. I am your mother. Listen to me. [01:07:43] Speaker A: I'm following my heart. [01:07:45] Speaker E: Because I said so. [01:07:46] Speaker D: Because I said so. [01:07:50] Speaker E: All right, I'm gonna go off the assumption that you might do that. Not in those exact wordings. Probably kinder ones. [01:07:58] Speaker D: A little bit kinder. [01:08:03] Speaker E: Just go ahead and spend the bullet point for her. I'm not gonna make your roll. You know her. You know what she's capable of. You know, she's not particularly skilled. Cause she hasn't gone out and tried to, like, train herself yet. [01:08:13] Speaker D: Right, right, right. Okay. Well, you know, it'll be great. It'll be fine. Things will be great. [01:08:20] Speaker E: You can also do the same thing for Yukoul. So. [01:08:22] Speaker D: Yeah. [01:08:25] Speaker E: Either way, prisoner is now moved over to your. Is being moved over to your haven right now. [01:08:31] Speaker C: Mm hmm. [01:08:35] Speaker E: Coterie makes her way to blackjack. You guys go there. It's on South Wall street. You kind of go to this place that's kind of like. It's actually brightly lit, so that kind of, like, keys you in is like, oh, these are nocturnal people, so most likely vampires at this point. [01:08:54] Speaker C: Mm hmm. [01:08:56] Speaker E: Yeah. Who is knocking at the door? [01:09:01] Speaker A: Probably me. [01:09:04] Speaker E: All right. You hear a voice say, Jasper, I am coming down. Don't run away. [01:09:15] Speaker A: I put my hand on my sword. Why am I being warned? [01:09:21] Speaker E: The door opens, you see a old lady. Oh, Jasper daughter cacophony. Candy Lynx. It's good to see you. [01:09:37] Speaker D: How do you know. How do you know what I am? [01:09:42] Speaker E: Oh, sorry. I'm Maureen O'Leary. Malkavian. [01:09:49] Speaker D: Jasper. [01:09:54] Speaker A: You know, even old men have desires, I guess. Yeah. Hi. [01:10:01] Speaker E: Oh, my God. [01:10:04] Speaker A: I think I'm leaving. I did hear that blackjack was with some of the mad. Is he up there? Wait a second. [01:10:12] Speaker E: Yes. [01:10:12] Speaker A: Your father figure protected by us. [01:10:15] Speaker E: Your father fingers being protected by us. At least that's what he's saying. [01:10:20] Speaker A: Do I get the vibe that they're like clockwork origin? Him like are his. His eyelids forced open to, like, watch cocomelon sensory videos on luft forever. [01:10:36] Speaker E: Go ahead and roll. Wits awareness for that. That's just dark. Dip seven. I should say too. Dip seven. [01:10:47] Speaker D: Jesus Christ. [01:10:53] Speaker A: One success. [01:10:58] Speaker E: You are relatively certain that they are not. [01:11:03] Speaker A: Yeah. [01:11:03] Speaker D: Okay. [01:11:04] Speaker A: Thank you for watching over him, I guess. Please show us the way. Does she seem like a nice old lady? [01:11:11] Speaker D: Yeah. [01:11:12] Speaker E: And she's gonna say, oh, yes. Uh uh. Sun and. Sorry. Hold on, son. And Paula and Ben and Falcon. They've been watching over him. Thank you. They have also been watching over me and him in past and future. But then again, there are also. Nogs are not here. [01:11:38] Speaker A: Are you in past and future? I think I'm here. I reach out to touch her. Is she real? Yeah, pretty sure I'm here. [01:11:52] Speaker E: I don't think the webs have reached you yet. You'll find out. [01:11:58] Speaker A: I sure will. Miss O'Leary. Please lead the way. [01:12:02] Speaker E: Oh, yes. You're here to see your father figure. He's gonna come down and you see Blackjack walk down. He's actually holding a cane right now. He's not hurt or anything. He's just doing as a fashion. Oh, Jasper, what ugly friend do you have with you? [01:12:26] Speaker A: Well, hang on. All right. We like candy. Blackjack, we are calling. Getting all the important people together to talk about some shit that happened in the city tonight. We came to get you to take to go to it. [01:12:45] Speaker E: He's gonna look at Miss O'Leary. I don't know what he's talking about this time. This is a unrehearsed scenario, I think. Did you rehearse it, Jasper? Marco. [01:13:01] Speaker A: I haven't been rehearsing. [01:13:05] Speaker E: You sure? [01:13:08] Speaker A: Are you okay, blackjack? [01:13:12] Speaker B: At least I'm still sane. [01:13:14] Speaker E: He's gonna say, yes, I'm fine. The beauty of. The beauty and curse of having precognition is not knowing where you are sometimes. Hmm. [01:13:38] Speaker A: The long and the short. Oh, you go. [01:13:41] Speaker E: Must apologize. Candy. If he likes you, then I like you. [01:13:49] Speaker B: It's okay. I've been called a lot worse than ugly. [01:13:54] Speaker E: I'm sure you have. Don't you work with Kemarilla? You nosferatu, don't you? [01:13:59] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:14:03] Speaker E: I'm sure you have been called worse than I suggest. You go find the wolf pack. They might actually. You might actually get along with them quite well. They travel around their tour bus and perform at night. It's a pretty good gig for you. [01:14:24] Speaker B: But I'll think about it. [01:14:29] Speaker E: Just give it some thought. Now, what events have gone on tonight that I apparently need to be filled on? Filled in on? [01:14:41] Speaker A: Prince died. Sabbat's here working with the lupines. We're trying to rope everybody who's somebody into doing something about it together. I want the Sabbat out of my fucking city. [01:14:57] Speaker E: You know it's not your city, right? [01:15:00] Speaker A: Our city? I was mortal here, too, blackjack. The point is, the primogen and you and anyone else who wants to show up and be involved, we're gonna. We're gonna work out a war plan. Because whatever problems we all have with each other, we're not gonna be able to squabble over squabble over at all if mupines keep blowing up our clubs and destroying our havens. [01:15:29] Speaker E: Um, you see him kind of like, wince when you mention the other premature gonna be there. [01:15:37] Speaker A: I don't like him either. I've been talking shit to him all night. We'll get through it. The alternative is we don't get a seat at the table. [01:15:48] Speaker E: Maureen, would you like to come? Oh, yes. I'm leave. They're gonna have refreshments for us down in the palace. Then again, they might show the map. The map that shows the secrets of everything. Anyway, yes, I'll go with whatever you're doing. [01:16:14] Speaker A: The more the merrier. [01:16:19] Speaker E: Hi. Oh, mister, no, miss, no. Lynx. [01:16:27] Speaker C: Yes. [01:16:29] Speaker E: Come over here really quick. [01:16:33] Speaker C: Wren is just going to. [01:16:35] Speaker E: Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt you. I'm just going to give you the power of the web. And you're going to see her kind of like pick a point through the air and kind of make it like a slight noise, like an airplane. She's gonna, like, do twists and turns, and then she's gonna tap you right in between your eyes. And your kind of feline tendencies are gonna go away. For now. Hey. Now you have the power of the web. Or did I just cure you? [01:17:09] Speaker C: I don't know. [01:17:12] Speaker A: Did she want to see those fangs? [01:17:17] Speaker E: Oh, not cured that way. I can't do that. Only you can. [01:17:23] Speaker B: If you were offering to cure vampirism, I would have been first in line. I could go back to working for pinup magazines. [01:17:31] Speaker E: Oh. Unfortunately, there is no cure. Just a long saddle, deadly road into the abyss. And she's good at, like. As she kind of, like, trails off, she's looking at Jasper. [01:17:53] Speaker A: Are you threatening me? [01:17:57] Speaker E: Oh, sorry, dearie. You okay? [01:18:04] Speaker A: Yeah, I was. [01:18:08] Speaker E: What happened? [01:18:11] Speaker A: Apologies, Miss O'Leary. Excuse my words. You're creeping me the hell out. Let's not think about the abyss. We have other abysses to leap into tonight. Let's all get in and buckle up. [01:18:27] Speaker D: Yeah, let's. [01:18:28] Speaker C: Yeah, let's. [01:18:33] Speaker E: I don't know anything about the abyss. Blackjack. Is everyone okay? And he's just gonna give her a nod. Yes, Miss O'Leary. It's all right. He's got a kind of a. He's gonna look at Jasper with kind of like this grim, sad look. [01:18:53] Speaker A: What do you know that I don't, man? [01:19:01] Speaker E: Precognition. [01:19:03] Speaker A: Ah, Jesus fucking Christ. [01:19:06] Speaker E: Well, you don't look when I said that. [01:19:09] Speaker A: No, I heard you. I was worried they were getting in your head. You know, I don't know how long you've been hanging out with them. Am I good? [01:19:22] Speaker E: Yes. You should be. Don't worry about it. It's fine here. Okay. Let's make our way. Let's make our way to wherever we need to go. We'll do this as a group. [01:19:33] Speaker A: Yeah? [01:19:37] Speaker E: You guys all pile into your own car. Most of you pile into the car. Um, that he has. Only one of you is not gonna fit. Unless one of you wants to sit on somebody else's lap right now. [01:19:51] Speaker A: Rin and Margo. [01:19:53] Speaker D: Ren. Yeah, that's okay. Ren keeps it on my lap. [01:20:03] Speaker E: Ren, dusk, let's go. [01:20:07] Speaker A: Yeah. [01:20:13] Speaker C: About it, though. [01:20:17] Speaker D: Not happy at all. [01:20:22] Speaker E: Blackjack is kind of gonna, like, turn around. Have you talked to any of the other brujah about this? They might actually join us in going to war against this bot. [01:20:34] Speaker A: I haven't had a chance, but I know that Croesus and Tyler are being in for. Hopefully, they'll bring their people. [01:20:46] Speaker E: It's been a while since I've seen Messiah. She's probably at the club right now then. Probably mourning her loss, which should have been a loss as blackjack drives you. He's put his foot on the gas now. It's a bit reckless, but he does it just fine. You arrive at the wreckage of the club. This is Margo's first time seeing it after it's blown up, it's pretty much just down to the foundation at this point. There are scrap pieces of metal and char and ash. It's very visible. And there are still a few bits of glass that have yet to be cleaned up by the city only because of hazardous conditions. With the Raymond storm going on for the past week. [01:21:35] Speaker C: Mm hmm. [01:21:39] Speaker A: What's the situation on authorities or civilian gawkers in the area? [01:21:50] Speaker E: There are a few civilians just walking by at the moment, disappointed the club's gone, and they're walking by. There's a slight memorial for the people who died there, which blamed on the fire. And authority wise, Margo. You see Annabelle wearing, like, a very fashionable pantsuit and shoes that she doesn't overly care about only because she's at the club and there was fire. So there's Ashley soot and debris everywhere, and she doesn't want to dirty herself or her, like, her nicest clothes. Of course, you guys are there with blackjack. And Miss O'Leary Cretius is there. He's kind of, like, standing by the memorial as well, looking sad at the loss of human life, a woman you guys don't really recognize as much as you were. Kind of like Annabelle's adopted child, or she didn't let you, obviously didn't let you sit on permission meetings. Nyaga is there in very regal dress for an african. Like, very african, designed from Egypt. Finally, she's standing near Nikolai as they're both talking. Khalid is nowhere to see. And you don't know if that's intentional or not. I don't think I'm gutting anybody here. [01:23:44] Speaker C: No, I don't think so. [01:23:53] Speaker A: We brought, um, our toy soldier in the car. [01:24:01] Speaker E: I don't know. Is that your final plan? Is that the plan that everyone in the coterie decided to go with? [01:24:07] Speaker D: I thought we were going to host at Margo's house. Yeah. [01:24:11] Speaker A: Yeah. I think I just figured out the disconnect. And I know how this works. We're talking to the primogen here, and when they ask for proof, we're going to Margo's old place. And I think us advions maybe had a different idea. But I like this because it keeps us safe, but we still get the dramatic moment. [01:24:28] Speaker E: No? I knew you guys were meeting at the club. I just wanted to see if you guys had together as a group, decided while I was gone during our break, if you guys decided that you wanted to bring your, like, your captive here or not. [01:24:45] Speaker D: Or bring in the. [01:24:47] Speaker E: Yeah, but if you're still hosting it at Margo's home. Then you do that. [01:24:52] Speaker D: Okay. [01:24:53] Speaker C: Yes. [01:24:54] Speaker E: Yeah. [01:24:55] Speaker D: Everybody's invited to the fucking Buffant family home. Here's my little shithead daughter. Here's my basement blood brother. [01:25:10] Speaker E: But right now, you guys see all the primrose around. They're scattered about. Tyler is on her own creatures, is by the memorial, and Yaga and Nikolai are then the next closest to him. And Annabelle is kind of near Tyler, but not too close, because she doesn't want to be around at the moment. [01:25:34] Speaker C: That's fair. [01:25:40] Speaker A: Oh, I'm gonna walk forward into the center of everyone. Look at them all. [01:25:48] Speaker E: There are mortals here. [01:25:50] Speaker A: Yeah, I'm gonna speak. Or actually, like, what kind of numbers are we talking? [01:25:57] Speaker E: There are, like, two mortals at the, like, little memorial spot with Croatius. There are a few walking by. There is one smoking near a dumpster. It's probably drugs, but they have a lighter, and there's some smoke going off. [01:26:13] Speaker A: It's probably too annoying to chew all of them away. I'm just gonna go and speak the parmesan and all the important kindred. Thank you for showing up here. We called the meeting here specifically because it stood for something. We didn't all stand for it together, but what it was was security, and it was strength. It was, you know, a place where we all went, even if we weren't always welcome. We came in, we lost it, because we've all spent so much time squabbling and infighting and being all around bastards. Where has that gotten us? As we will show you in a little bit, it's gotten people that are coming in with the express purpose of tearing all of it down, building nothing up. Like, we have people that have come in that want to see us burn along with the club, that want to turn it all into rubble. And if we want to stop it, if we want to do something about it, if we don't want to end up like the people we lost here, like the foundations of this building, then we need to get our shit together. We need to actually do something, not fight about it. Not petty kpop slap fights over territory or places that we want to go. Not bullying and mean girl shit. We have a common cause, and if we don't fight it together, we're going to be ripped apart because we are in mixed company. I can't tell you the exact nature, but if you all follow us, we have something that will interest each and every one of you. Something that there's a brain in your skulls will bring you to realize, hey, maybe for once, we shouldn't put our boot on the neck of some random neonate and send four of them out together. Oh, hey. God, can cameron go back? I just me as the player, forgot. But I don't want to preach the masquerade because that doesn't fit the vibe. [01:28:31] Speaker E: Yes, we'll ignore that part. Thank you. [01:28:33] Speaker A: Apologies of some random lackey that none of you seem to trust or perfect, and instead maybe get your hands dirty. Form a plan together. As you can see, we have called everyone we could get in the city, people that generally would not get along, not be found in the same place together, people that have personally wronged me, and that in time, perhaps I will do the same in return. But instead, I am putting that aside and I implore each and every one of you to do the same and follow us to see something that should change. Whatever your agenda is in the coming weeks. [01:29:21] Speaker E: You do make a good point, Krysha says. But what's your goal? [01:29:31] Speaker A: My goal is to keep the city of Chicago from going down in flames and death, in screams, in terror. My goal is to make sure that however we come out on the other side of it, it's going to be in the same number of pieces it's been in instead of a thousand tiny, little sharp ones. I want to make sure that whatever we have built is not all going to be destroyed in an insane. Again, my best friend was in the hospital. I had to move out of my apartment. The meeting place that we all agreed on is now a bunch of blocks and police tape and sirens and the memorial. And if we want to make sure that this is where it stops, then we're going to go and we're going to eliminate the threat. We're going to secure ourselves, we're going to clean our home, and we're going to see to it that the streets of Chicago are not overrun by people who don't respect us, don't respect our holdings, don't respect the peace or anything else we care about. [01:30:40] Speaker E: This is when Annabelle is going to speak up. You've already told me that you have proof that there was Sabbat. But what exactly is the proof? She says this in a slight, hushed voice, kind of like looking at some of the mortals, and she gives them kind of a slight glare, and they all, most of them start to disperse, except for that person who's on drugs. [01:31:06] Speaker A: Good for him. [01:31:08] Speaker D: He won't remember it tomorrow anyway. It's okay. [01:31:11] Speaker E: Generally, the reason why she did that. [01:31:17] Speaker D: I have. [01:31:20] Speaker E: You have the proof. [01:31:21] Speaker D: I do. I invite all of you to my old abode to see for yourself the man that we managed to capture. [01:31:51] Speaker E: How brave of you. We would never meet in any of our havens because. To put it politely, and that's the reason why we're not using any disciplines right now. So we're all too paranoid. [01:32:07] Speaker D: That is why it's no longer my haven. [01:32:11] Speaker E: Nikolay's gonna speak up. That is a good choice. I've heard that the lupines rated all of our havens collectively, even yours, blackjack. They were non discriminatory in any of the sex. And he's just gonna nod slightly and this O'Leary. O'Leary's gonna pipe in? Yes. The wolves attacked each and one of our hearts and tried to rip out pieces of them. Only few survived. The tearing apart of souls, dreams. Your son. And she's gonna point down at Nikolai, but without looking at him, dulcibel drifts unconsciously through the void. And she's gonna snap back into reality and go like. Oh, dear. Oh, what happened to the club. [01:33:20] Speaker A: Wolves? [01:33:23] Speaker E: That's unfortunate. Well, whatever the boy was saying, you should listen to him. He was. I think he was making a good point. Has that already happened? Yeah. Was he making the good point yet? [01:33:41] Speaker A: Thank you, miss. [01:33:42] Speaker E: Blackjack. Blackjack's gonna say, yes, he made the good point. Thank you. When yaga's gonna say that, it's gonna pipe in. Now, what exactly is your proof? Now that we're free of any perceivers who are sober, what exactly is the proof? [01:34:04] Speaker D: Capture a member of the. Of the sabbat and we have him chained in my basement. [01:34:24] Speaker E: Um, and what exactly? I mean, you think he's a member of spot? He can vest that, sure, but does he have any knowledge of what's going on? What they might be doing in our city? [01:34:43] Speaker D: Carvings on his back. That detail plans or ritual of some sort? They are not. They were not the most clever of people we've dealt with. And one of them took a. One of them being. All of them took a. [01:35:09] Speaker E: This is what Tyler is gonna speak now. He has writing on his back. Is that even possible? By any of our kindred? [01:35:19] Speaker D: It's not writing. It's carvings. [01:35:23] Speaker E: Ooh, carvings. Okay, so, like, what caused that then, huh? [01:35:28] Speaker D: I don't know. I don't know. The Sabbat. [01:35:31] Speaker A: They had a dmitzi master they were talking about the doodle. Confessed to it. We convinced him we're doing some kind of ritual where we're bishops. He'll talk to you about it. You can all get into his head. I'm sure. [01:35:47] Speaker E: Nikolai would be best at that, aren't you, little child? And he's gonna see her. [01:35:52] Speaker D: At her. The fighting. The fighting. The urge to say, hush now. We'll put you in a high chair. [01:36:12] Speaker B: Candy hides a smile behind her hand and looks in the opposite direction of where Nikolai is. [01:36:23] Speaker E: Where's the prince? Shouldn't he be leading this meeting? [01:36:26] Speaker D: Oh, he's dead. [01:36:28] Speaker B: He's very dead. Lupines took him out. [01:36:36] Speaker E: That, like, very visible gap of silence that we just had, that's exactly what goes on for every single one of them. [01:36:45] Speaker D: That's right. None of you are aware of what the. Of what is actually going on in the city. So, you know, maybe have a bit more trust in the people who've had to deal with the footwork of it all. [01:37:02] Speaker E: Give me my daughter, a childer. Sometimes you can't always trust those that you send over to do your bidding. [01:37:12] Speaker D: Yes, that might be the case, but when none of you are actually aware of what is going on, it might be best to listen. None of you knew that the prince was dead. That's the problem. There's no communication. This city will tremble and fall because no one is aware, no one cares to check. And it's not just the camarilla, it's the anarchs, it's the independent. The Sabbat will manage to get the footing in because we don't know what is going on at all. [01:38:08] Speaker B: Instead of communicating, we're just, I don't know, throwing parties where the point is to stab each other in the back. [01:38:17] Speaker E: Cretius is gonna pipe in in a very depressed sounding voice. It's because again and again we grew complacent. It happened with Carthage when we were betrayed by our own kind. What's happening now? Somebody let them in. We're being betrayed again. [01:38:49] Speaker A: So let's burn them out. [01:38:55] Speaker E: Tyler. Tyler is gonna say now. She's gonna say now? Fuck yes. Let's burn those motherfuckers. She's gonna like. Like she's clenching her fist now and she looks like, angry and excited to like, beat the shit out of somebody. [01:39:10] Speaker D: If you would all like to take your fellow to take your personal means of transportation over to this address right here, and she'll hand them out on pieces of paper. This is where the gentleman will lie. I ask that you wait for my arrival before entering into the domain. As. [01:39:34] Speaker E: As is customary, Khalid is now going to appear. Say yes. [01:39:47] Speaker D: My coterie will be joining me. We shall reconvene then. Thank you. [01:40:03] Speaker E: They're all going to kind of look in between each other. They're all going to mumble all these agreements and go like, yes, it's kind of like the bare minimum that we should do, at least see and maybe interrogate the source. It's generally the consensus that they all come to. [01:40:20] Speaker A: We can show you the haven too, if you want to go spelunking. [01:40:27] Speaker B: It's in the sewers. [01:40:29] Speaker E: Not the worst idea we'll possibly do that. [01:40:32] Speaker A: We left, like, what was it, three of them, four of them down there, plus, we don't know where their boss is, but. [01:40:43] Speaker E: All right, we'll meet you there. Takes about 30 minutes. Everybody arrives. You guys are the last to arrive, though. All of you, collectively, whoever you ride with, however you do so, you are all the last to arrive. And you see, everyone, except for Khaleed, for pretty obvious reasons, is sitting and waiting on your porch, where a go. Your lights are on, and everyone's waiting. [01:41:23] Speaker D: Thank you all for coming. This only take about a moment. Please make yourselves at home, and I will go down and get the prisoner. [01:41:48] Speaker E: All right. Tyler is gonna pipe, uh, pipe on sale. All right. Where is this motherfucker? I wanna beat him up. I wanna get some answers good old fashioned way. She's gonna kind of, like, start, like, cracking her knuckles pretty excitedly. Chris is gonna put his hand on her shoulders, hold off. You need answers, not some broken words. [01:42:13] Speaker D: Yes, and if you break it, you buy it. There's a lot of expensive furniture in here. [01:42:23] Speaker E: Well, it does seem to be in good shape. Did your ghoul replace some of it for you? Presumably so I'm assuming that some of your furniture must have been destroyed during the attacks. [01:42:34] Speaker D: No, not really. If anything, I kind of killed that lupine fairly quickly. Anyway, she'll. Now she'll go down and get the. [01:42:49] Speaker E: Get the. Yeah, they'll actually follow you down. And in yaga is actually kind of, like, gonna look at you and be like, given what's gonna happen, it might be best if you all wait up here. And, Ren, do not try to peek with your ears. I will not talk amongst yourselves about how you want all of this to end. And she closes the door in front of Margot, and you hear the lock click as well. [01:43:35] Speaker D: All right. [01:43:38] Speaker E: Debra is kind of, like, sitting kind of, like, nearby as well. Kind of looking shocked and surprised and worried as shit. [01:43:48] Speaker D: No, no need to fear. This is just some politics. [01:44:00] Speaker A: Politics. Should we make sure the engine's running in case you have to, you know, skedaddle? [01:44:18] Speaker D: That might be for the best. [01:44:19] Speaker E: Why would she need to run? [01:44:23] Speaker A: I'm sure she'll take you with her. Um, it's been a long night. [01:44:30] Speaker E: Well, she wouldn't need to take me with her, but why would she need to run? [01:44:34] Speaker B: I'm sure Margo can explain that to you in her own time. [01:44:40] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:44:41] Speaker A: More politics. [01:44:44] Speaker D: Well, exactly. [01:44:46] Speaker E: Um, in your ear, Margo. She's just gonna say, what are they talking about? What did you do? And how am I going. Am I going to need to bail you out? You know, I'm really good at convincing people. [01:45:02] Speaker D: She, um, turns and smiles and just leans in and says, this one's gonna be a little bit more than me. A court case, darling. Let's just say I'm very good at getting rid of people who don't treat our kind with the respect that we deserve. And she'll lean in and just go through everything that Margo went through in the ear of her. In the ear of her child. [01:45:51] Speaker E: Yeah, I'm assuming. I was just gonna take a few minutes. Let's resolve the other three talking before we jump past what we need to do. What are you three going to talk about? [01:46:08] Speaker B: I don't. I don't know. I don't even know why Anyaka told me about Khalid leaving. I mean, people would riot if a neonate was let into the premise and council. [01:46:23] Speaker A: Against who? Kevin Jackson was going to give you that position. He's gonna be. He's the one that arranged all this. He's gonna be prince. It might not like you, but I don't know if they're gonna be able to go through him. [01:46:40] Speaker C: And honestly, if you have the backing of Vinyaga, that's. I call that. That's pretty good. [01:46:50] Speaker B: I don't know if I want to be responsible for fixing this fucking mess of a tower. [01:46:57] Speaker A: Then fuck it up on my behalf. [01:47:06] Speaker B: Listen, I think. I. [01:47:10] Speaker C: Think you don't need to repair it. I think you just need to at least make it a little bit more better than it currently is. Small changes. And from there, they will get better. [01:47:32] Speaker B: I guess. I mean, whenever the new prince comes into power, I really don't care about him giving me a position on the council. There's only one thing I want permission to do. [01:47:50] Speaker A: What is that? [01:47:52] Speaker B: Kill the fucker who embraced me as a joke. [01:48:00] Speaker A: Hey, I'll join your hunting party whether or not he says it's okay, granted. You know, permission is nice, but. [01:48:15] Speaker C: I'll hope as any, much. As much as I can. [01:48:20] Speaker D: If I'm not dead, I will too. [01:48:24] Speaker A: Listen, the way I figure it, if any of us get positions of power. The worst we can do is a bad job, which means things will probably still get better. And if we do a good job, even better. We have been. They think they're running shit. We have been the ones keeping the city running. If they can say whatever they want. We've got our hands dirty and our boots muddy and our blades bloody. As far as I'm concerned, we're gonna do a better job. We're gonna give a whole lot more of a shit. Whoever, whichever one of us sits up there. I mean, Khalid's an asshole anyway. I think he should take the seat. Cause he was kind of rude to me, but that's true of all of them, so, you know, fuck him. [01:49:15] Speaker B: Weed hasn't been terrible to me. I wonder why he's leaving. I mean, I don't blame him. Chicago's kind of a mess. [01:49:27] Speaker A: Yeah. The sewers, though. No disrespect, shouldn't you guys have, like, known about those people? Do they have something up to keep you out? [01:49:47] Speaker B: The Nosferatu don't control every inch of the sewers. I mean, considering that it didn't even seem like Khalid knew about what was going on, I kind of just try to stay in my own lane and collect information where I can. If Khalid knew about it, he didn't tell anyone, which would have been stupid. So I don't think he knew about it. I mean, I don't think there was anything keeping us out. I got in there pretty easily. [01:50:25] Speaker E: Bad walker. [01:50:25] Speaker A: Yes. [01:50:27] Speaker B: There needs to be some sort of. I don't know, communication system. Some sort of failsafe among the primogen to prevent things like this from happening. The Sapot shouldn't have gotten this far. [01:50:39] Speaker C: Exactly. [01:50:40] Speaker A: You're. Yeah, but they did. So. I mean, I have to admit, me and Ren may have gotten a little too paranoid. We. We. Well, we saw Sabakai when we stole. When we did that job for Nikolai, I just. I guess we should have assumed it was worse than that. Smoke and fire? [01:51:04] Speaker B: Yeah. I mean, like, one pops up, they're like cockroaches. There's always more than one. [01:51:12] Speaker A: Yeah, but then the tower doesn't like it when you say they might be in danger. Sorry. [01:51:19] Speaker B: Also, the prince was too busy trying to kill us too. The prince was too busy trying to kill neonates to do anything about Sabbath, so. [01:51:31] Speaker A: What a fucking mess. Wait, guys, I did it. I got through a conversation with a Camarilla leader, and they didn't snark at me. It took forever, but we did it. Congrats. A real round of applause for them. [01:52:02] Speaker D: I'm proud of you. [01:52:04] Speaker A: Proud of me? I'm proud of them. Even the ones that like me are dicks. [01:52:17] Speaker D: I mean, what now? [01:52:20] Speaker A: I guess we wait till they come out and believe us. We take them down to the sewers, stake the leader. I don't know. Tell Kevin Jackson to send his gang after anyone that looks a little too ugly at 05:00 a.m. Before the sun rises. Because they're like beasts. Not like pronoferatu reasons. They, like, don't. They don't clean themselves. They don't brush their hair. [01:52:52] Speaker B: Candy just stares at Jasper. [01:52:56] Speaker A: Candy, you know it's not like that. It's not like that. That guy has the ugliest back tattoo I've ever seen. That isn't about being an osferatu. That's about making bad decisions. [01:53:11] Speaker C: Come now. [01:53:13] Speaker A: No. No, I'm not. I'm not like that. Some of my best friends are ugly. Oh, my God. [01:53:32] Speaker D: Can we please move on? Please, can we move on? Yeah, sure. [01:53:38] Speaker E: I'm fucking dying over here. I'm crying a little bit. That's fucking funny. [01:53:42] Speaker A: Um. [01:53:44] Speaker E: All right, so, yeah, after that conversation. After conversation, mark, I had debra all whispered, and I'm assuming just kind of, like, moved on away from her while she processed. [01:53:57] Speaker D: Yeah. [01:53:58] Speaker E: Ren, you hear the door unlock? They all kind of, like, slowly file out. Mm hmm. Well, we got the information we needed, but unfortunately, you, cretius, is the one saying he's gonna point at Jasper. You're not gonna like what I'm gonna need to tell you. Blackjack's gonna say, sorry, kid. I got a sight of them on this. They make a good point. [01:54:23] Speaker A: God damn it. [01:54:26] Speaker C: Oh, no. [01:54:28] Speaker E: Because we don't know who is a spy. We all at least know that we can trust each other in this room. But we don't know who else is a spy. We cannot tell anyone about the spot incursion. We can rally our forces and take out those that we can. We will declare a blood hunt as well, after the lupine threat has been dealt with, which Inyaga says, well be after tonight. So you cannot say anything until tomorrow night or possibly the night after. Frankly, we can't even declare bloodhunt ourselves because we are just Imogen. So until princess instated, we cannot do anything. [01:55:32] Speaker A: I mean, surely we move too fast for the spy to matter, right? We declare war, we go after them. Information only matters if they can get it quicker. And, I mean, what? You can go to one, two coteries, and we wipe out the rest, and we circle in. And the longer they wait, the more they're going to dig in. Thanos for at who didn't know they were saying the sewers. The longer we take. When. When Billy Sabat doesn't come back tomorrow night, they're going to think, hmm. Where'd he go? They're going to know something's up. [01:56:10] Speaker E: Do you know where the rest of the havens are? Do you know where they all reside? Do you know who the actual enemy is? Other than us? Do you know what they're trying to do? You, all of you, lack this information. If we wanted to do a swift strike, which ideally we would, and this is now Annabelle saying it, ideally, we would have a quick and swift strike, but we do not have the actual information that we need to deal a swift strike against all of them. Not like what the werewolves did with us. We do not have the abilities that they do. [01:56:57] Speaker A: What if we got his leader? Guy, whoever? You know, they had some boss they were talking about. They seemed to worship or something. Surely he has their battle plans or whatever. [01:57:12] Speaker E: So your plan is to find the bishop that Tom was talking about and get all the information from him. Your bishop is most likely a smitzi who will die if we do not keep him with his ground. Soil. His soil? [01:57:35] Speaker A: Take him in his haven. Right. [01:57:39] Speaker E: And how is he going to talk? [01:57:42] Speaker A: Well, you know, we leave him there when we're going. Fine. Well, we have to wait, but how long? How long is it going to be until it doesn't matter anymore before they've torn us apart and we've done nothing about it. [01:58:01] Speaker E: They all kind of like, look towards Miss O'Leary and she's gonna say, why would I know? They're kind of like. [01:58:10] Speaker A: Jasper dish shakes his head. [01:58:12] Speaker E: They're looking, waiting expectantly, and kind of going like, come on, let's get to a non lucid point. Come on, let's move. She's just gonna kind of like, I don't know. I'm working with the same information as all of you. As far as I know, all of you could be spot, but I'm relatively certain that you're not. They all kind of like. Then kind of feel. You feel everyone room feels like this wave of disappointment as the person who would possibly be able to have the answers does not have them right. Listen, for now, this is gonna tip them off. They will not know the location, but it's gonna tip them off that something is wrong. Unfortunately, you are going to have to destroy him. [01:59:14] Speaker A: That's all the use we can get out of him. [01:59:17] Speaker E: We got the information that we could. They're working with the bishop. And then in Yaga's gonna say. And they're defending their claim on the phonem, which most likely is gonna fail. So good. She, uh. And. And Yaga is going to continue. So the Lupines will no longer be a threat to us as they have taken what is rightfully theirs and restored it to its proper place in the holy trinity of the universe. [01:59:58] Speaker D: Okay, if we just need to destroy this guy, let's just make it quick. [02:00:09] Speaker E: Yes, sorry. Go ahead, run. [02:00:18] Speaker C: Oh, I was say I was. I'll go ahead and make it quit. I'll go down there, destroy him. [02:00:23] Speaker E: All right. To the other three, they're all collectively, they're all kind of going and go, like. We'll contact all of you tomorrow at the safe haven. Khalid did give us the location, which means we will be able to find you in the yellow pages. [02:00:43] Speaker D: Very well. [02:00:48] Speaker C: Okay. [02:00:49] Speaker B: Okay. [02:00:51] Speaker E: Yaga's gonna say, I do suggest you do actually all stage at the safe haven, your so called safe haven. Safer than being here, but yes, do reside there. We'll contact you there. [02:01:14] Speaker A: Yeah, we'll wait. Um. [02:01:17] Speaker D: Is there. [02:01:19] Speaker A: You know, I'm not gonna quibble about the nosferatu knowing where we live. I guess we gotta figure that out though. You guys. [02:01:33] Speaker C: Talk about this later. [02:01:35] Speaker E: Khalid is looking extremely depressed right now. For anyone who's, like, observing him, he's not very happy about the situation. That you have to destroy some, destroy kindred, and that your, you know, take somebody else's life. He's not happy. This isn't really a very humane thing to do. Out of all the other primogen and anybody else here, he does have the highest humanity. And as they all leave, Marco, do you remember who you fed on? [02:02:26] Speaker D: Who I fed on? [02:02:28] Speaker E: Mm hmm. The. [02:02:29] Speaker D: The biker chick. [02:02:30] Speaker E: Mm hmm. [02:02:32] Speaker D: Yeah. [02:02:32] Speaker E: Do you remember what happened last episode? [02:02:37] Speaker C: Oh, shit. [02:02:39] Speaker E: You're gonna start to feel nauseous. Oh. [02:02:50] Speaker D: I don't know why I'm getting out of character. I don't know why I'm getting his clan gers, but sure. Chill. Close her eyes. [02:03:08] Speaker C: You okay? [02:03:09] Speaker D: Excuse me. Excuse me. Well, the moment I'm going to go, and before she can make it to, like, a toilet or whatnot, she just runs to, like, her kitchen sink. [02:03:24] Speaker E: It's audible and it's displeasing for everyone. [02:03:28] Speaker C: I'm at least going over and helping hold back. [02:03:32] Speaker B: Sandy is also going over, but before she goes over, she does say, if anyone plans to investigate the sewers, I would recommend taking from toreador along, since they have a fine eye for detail. And then she's going to head to check up on Marco. [02:03:49] Speaker C: Yeah. [02:03:51] Speaker E: I'm assuming you now have the slight smirk as you turn away. [02:03:55] Speaker B: Yes. [02:03:56] Speaker E: Yeah. And yeah, you guys relatively helped Margot brand. You destroyed the blood brother that's in the basement. [02:04:06] Speaker C: Mm hmm. I will spend a blood point just to make it so I can have claws and make it easier. [02:04:14] Speaker E: Yeah. Make it as quick as possible. [02:04:16] Speaker C: Yeah. Don't want to torture him. Let's just let it be done. [02:04:25] Speaker E: All right. Is there any more rp you would like to do for the night? [02:04:36] Speaker C: Guess we just head back to the haven. [02:04:38] Speaker B: Yeah. [02:04:42] Speaker A: Any chance I can get a quick bite to eat somewhere between here and the safe haven? [02:04:50] Speaker E: Same. Yeah, if you guys split off from the group. Totally. [02:04:57] Speaker A: I don't like how you said that. [02:05:00] Speaker E: Well, it depends. Are you guys all traveling together to the safe haven or not? Cause Margot has a feeding preference. Now. [02:05:12] Speaker D: Can we get through the financial district? I feel like eating the rich. [02:05:17] Speaker A: I agree. Let's get a Michelin meal tonight. [02:05:24] Speaker E: Sure. [02:05:24] Speaker D: We deserve a pretty treat. [02:05:31] Speaker E: Generally. Whatever your normal roles are, Marco, you can make your seduction. Jasper can do the conversational. Uh, Ren isn't really gonna find any homeless here. The area is kind of more manicured. [02:05:54] Speaker C: Oh, yeah. [02:05:57] Speaker E: Candy, if you want to also feed on a financial person, go ahead. Ren can also feed on a financial person. It's just not. They're not homeless. [02:06:07] Speaker C: I'll be fine. I don't have a preference. I'm just. It just. [02:06:11] Speaker E: Just gotta pray. [02:06:12] Speaker C: I don't. [02:06:16] Speaker A: I'm not gonna be fine. [02:06:18] Speaker E: Yeah. [02:06:20] Speaker A: At the beginning of this night. [02:06:22] Speaker D: I don't know, Dex. And that's seven successes. [02:06:28] Speaker B: Actually, I'm at six out of twelve in my blood pool. Do I need to make another self control check? [02:06:44] Speaker E: I think we're fine for now. [02:06:45] Speaker B: Okay. [02:06:49] Speaker E: Winning on Marcos. There we go. Yeah. Get all those blood points back? [02:06:56] Speaker D: Yeah, everything I threw up and then some. [02:07:04] Speaker E: Can you guys safely make it back to your safe haven? Presumably, if there's nothing else you guys would like to say to each other. You go to sleep in your respective rooms with your blackout curtains and such. Day passes, you spend your blood points to wake up for the night, to the noise of a phone ringing. [02:07:35] Speaker D: I'll go answer it. [02:07:38] Speaker E: All right. [02:07:40] Speaker D: Hello? [02:07:42] Speaker E: Hi. Is this the residency of Mister Black? Misses Buffont. [02:07:52] Speaker D: May I ask? [02:07:53] Speaker B: Calling. [02:07:56] Speaker E: Jackson. Mister Jackson. [02:07:59] Speaker D: Ah, Mister Jackson. To what do we owe the pleasure? [02:08:07] Speaker E: Unfortunately, this is not a pleasure call. This is business. Heard through some of you know my network. Maybe something the primogen that. They had a meeting last night. [02:08:25] Speaker C: Oh, shit. [02:08:26] Speaker E: They found out what happened to the prince, and I think now is possibly the most perfect time for me to make my bid. [02:08:39] Speaker D: Very well. Shall we meet you? [02:08:43] Speaker E: Uh, yes. South Wall Street. South Wall street hurts being covered by the Malkavians. If anything goes wrong, they're gonna be the first ones to notice and freak out. [02:08:57] Speaker D: Very well. We will meet you there. [02:09:03] Speaker E: Beautiful. Thank you. [02:09:06] Speaker D: She'll hang up the phone. All right, get your nicest clothes on. We are going to meet the future prince in a few minutes. I'm getting the car ready. Pretty please? [02:09:32] Speaker E: Yeah. [02:09:33] Speaker A: Okay. [02:09:33] Speaker E: I think around this time, I think you're going to realize, is Ren doesn't have nice clothes. [02:09:40] Speaker C: Not anymore. [02:09:43] Speaker D: Storyteller, I might have something for you. [02:09:46] Speaker A: Yeah. I was gonna say, is there a chance that me and Ren are roughly the same size? [02:09:54] Speaker E: Let me check. [02:09:58] Speaker A: This is where we actually find out. [02:10:00] Speaker D: Ren's, like, five foot two. [02:10:04] Speaker E: Jasper, what's your height? [02:10:07] Speaker A: Let me see if I wrote it down, and if I haven't, I'll make something up. [02:10:11] Speaker E: You didn't, so you're gonna make something up? [02:10:13] Speaker A: Yeah. I'm gonna call him. 510. [02:10:19] Speaker E: Yeah. Red is five seven. So all of your clothes are gonna be baggy. Yep. [02:10:24] Speaker A: It's an. [02:10:27] Speaker E: They're already kind of baggy for you. So. [02:10:31] Speaker D: If I. If I may retain is a little bit closer to your height. Ren. I can just call him and ask him to borrow suits. [02:10:52] Speaker C: Fine. [02:10:54] Speaker E: Yeah. Absolute reluctance in your voice of getting nice clothes. [02:11:01] Speaker A: It's okay. [02:11:02] Speaker D: Margo. Margo's. Margo's gonna. Margot, you'll. I think you might find some comfort in these. Um, she's gonna. She's gonna call her. Um. She's gonna call her retainer and just requests that he bring a pair of dark slacks and, like, a polo shirt and, like, a jacket. [02:11:29] Speaker E: Okay. [02:11:31] Speaker C: That's different. Special. [02:11:32] Speaker E: Yep. [02:11:32] Speaker C: That's. [02:11:33] Speaker E: Yep. He's gonna ask. He's gonna ask. Am I bringing shoes as well? [02:11:37] Speaker D: Yes. Bring nicer sneakers. [02:11:44] Speaker E: All right. He's gonna save the game. He. Miss Bouffant. And he's gonna hang up. [02:11:50] Speaker D: Listen, it was either that or the endeavor, or I was gonna send fern Adidas tracksuit for you. [02:11:58] Speaker E: All right. It takes about, like, 20 minutes, and he's gonna show up kind of like, holding this. Unfortunately, it's just a garbage bag. He doesn't actually have a bag for a suit or anything. Cause all the. Or, like, all the. All the ones, you know, that carry. Yeah, all the ones that carry clothes. Are like. They're, you know, with. They're like, they store your clothes. And now Debra's as well. So his clothes are kind of just, like, hanging or scattered about or, you know, these are now in the back for ease of transportation. And he gives it to Ren, and he's going like, hmm. The style doesn't really fit him. Oh, yes, them. It doesn't really fit them that well. It kind of gives him the more masculine look, unfortunately. You okay with that? [02:13:00] Speaker C: It's just one night. It'll be fine. I'll get something later. [02:13:06] Speaker E: Okay. Shopping trip. [02:13:11] Speaker D: Is this our beach episode? [02:13:13] Speaker E: During our beach episode. [02:13:18] Speaker D: I will say. [02:13:19] Speaker B: That candy goes through her clothes, and she puts on a very nice and seemingly expensive, like, ruffled black dress with, like, a black jacket over that as well. [02:13:37] Speaker E: Mask of a thousand faces. [02:13:39] Speaker B: Yep. [02:13:41] Speaker E: How many plot points? [02:13:42] Speaker B: Two. [02:13:45] Speaker E: Candy is carrying it off somewhat decently. Yeah. You getting in your retainer's car as well? [02:14:00] Speaker A: You know what? [02:14:01] Speaker B: I'll spend three blood points to look like above average. [02:14:04] Speaker E: Yeah. Yeah. Kenny's looking above average, which she's looking. Not the best you've ever seen her, but this is like, because you've seen her very well before. This is almost her best now. [02:14:19] Speaker D: One success. [02:14:21] Speaker E: Yeah. Like I said, almost her best. You guys pile into Marco's retainer's car. Fortunately, this time, you all fit. Nobody has to sit on anybody unless you all purposely pile in the back. Then, yes, one of you is gonna have to. Brad's gonna have to sit on Marco. [02:14:42] Speaker A: Shotgun. [02:14:48] Speaker E: Can you guys make your way to south Wall street? As you give him that, like, direction, and you arrive and you see a limousine with a golden ankh on it. Kevin Jackson's usual vehicle that you see now. You all pile out, and the limousine just kind of stays put for now, waiting. Nobody else is here yet. Some time goes by. Then you see Tyler show up. Then a few minutes after Annabelle, she's gonna say, oh, darn. I was hoping to be fashionably late this time in a taxi. Nikolai, in a very nice suit, steps out as well. He nods at the other two. You guys see a panther? Not a panther. A leopard show up, kind of sits nearby. Cretius walks up. What is Wren doing? [02:16:22] Speaker C: I just nod over at the leopard at Enyaga. Basically. [02:16:28] Speaker E: She acknowledges that Grishus, then shows up as well, just walking. Uh, who else am I forgetting? Khalid. You all have the feeling that his presence is here and that is his will alone. That is letting you know that he's here and is only observing. And as everybody has shown up, a person gets out of the driver's seat of the limousine, dressed very sharply, but also has, like, those suspender straps that has pistols, like, pistol holsters in them. Walks over, he opens the door. Kevin Jackson, in a very regal, elegant suit with some golden lining, walks out. Welcome, all. I've heard that you all have heard that the prince is dead. Well, that's just not true. I'm standing right here, aren't I? Annabelle's just gonna give that, like, kind of same laugh that Margot just gave, but like, a lot louder. She's just gonna like, no, no, you can't be a prince. You can't be a prince. You are too inexperienced with administrative benefits. Even your daddy didn't trust you. You see him kind of sneer and look angry towards her. Tyler's gonna say, tyler's gonna kind of like, look angry at him. Did you. Did you kill him? Why? And then he's gonna say, why would I ever kill my sire? That is something unforgivable. No, the lupines killed him, didn't they? He's gonna look to you guys. [02:19:06] Speaker B: Killed the prince. [02:19:09] Speaker D: Did kill the prince. [02:19:10] Speaker A: Yeah, they did. [02:19:16] Speaker E: And, you know, since we're in America, why don't we make it a vote through all of us? Annabelle looks displeased. Tyler also looks displeased. Nikolai doesn't appear to have any emotion on his face, and neither does the leopard. What are your guys thoughts right now? [02:19:56] Speaker A: I'm trying to get something out of it, so I'm gonna side with the guy who said he'd give me something out of it. [02:20:02] Speaker D: Uh, same, uh, same. [02:20:10] Speaker C: Rin just feels indifferent about this. [02:20:15] Speaker E: All right? [02:20:15] Speaker C: They didn't ask much. They just. [02:20:21] Speaker E: Come on. [02:20:21] Speaker C: Just watching. [02:20:22] Speaker E: That's America. Let's vote. Who all is in favor of me being prince? I need you all to verbally acknowledge. [02:20:39] Speaker D: Oh, hi. I am. [02:20:50] Speaker E: Nikolai was gonna say, very tentatively, aye. Annabelle says, nay. Tyler says nay. Croesus says. Well, he pauses. It's a decent amount of await, he says. I think it's gonna be. This might be better than your predecessor and his possibly Nikolay. Not Nikolay. Kled still remains unseen and unheard. Kevin Jackson's gonna look around, try to see where he might be. Doesn't find him. Well, anyway, seems that the eyes have it. I shall be Princess Tyler. You are disposed of. Your position Cretius will be the one taking on your responsibilities as the true primogen of the brujah. She looks shocked and angry, and she runs up to punch him, but immediately stops and then runs off. Nikolai, I have heard that your chantry is gone and that you lost your childer. I permit you to embrace a new one, for it to be better a choice than your previous. He's gonna look at Margot. What would you. What is it that you want now? Do you want to be. Who do you want to be? [02:23:26] Speaker D: Trilla. She'll look over to Jasper and Candy. I think I'd like to let them have the first go about. Let them have the safest. [02:23:53] Speaker E: You'll then turn to candy first. Candy. [02:24:02] Speaker B: Yes, prince. [02:24:03] Speaker E: You had a botched presentation. Your first go. You have since proven yourself to everybody here. Isn't that correct? And they all kind of semi nervously nod. So what is it that you would like as reparations? [02:24:23] Speaker B: I want permission to kill my daumitor. [02:24:29] Speaker E: What is his name? [02:24:34] Speaker D: Give me a second to check, bro. So irrelevant. Bro is so irrelevant. [02:24:41] Speaker B: I forgot his ass. [02:24:42] Speaker A: Lol. [02:24:46] Speaker B: His name is Gizmo the Nosferatu. He is my sire. [02:24:51] Speaker E: I permit you and your coterie to find Gizmo and bash his fucking brains in. [02:24:59] Speaker B: Thank you, your grace. [02:25:06] Speaker E: Jasper Black, do you watch me, my sharp? [02:25:26] Speaker A: I have a bolder ask, but one that I think we will all find acceptable. I want to carve the city, make it so that the anarchs can have our pipes. Fart peacefully, and we are gunning each other down in the streets over petty turf wars. I want it to be official and recognized. And I want to make sure that any violation of those borders to do some kind of war or just call thuggery or whatever else is punishable. As far as breaking any other tradition, the prince gets to make his own right. Your highness. [02:26:13] Speaker E: You'Re partially allowed this only because your baron is not here. Now bring blackjack to me and we will finalize your deal. [02:26:25] Speaker A: Will do. [02:26:32] Speaker E: Nyaga and Ren, what would you like? [02:26:47] Speaker C: Ren is just silent and looks over at Nyaga. But. [02:26:59] Speaker E: You feel that the leopard has a degree of trust. Trust in you to make the right choice. Whatever choice it may be. If you want her. You do have this feeling kind of in your head of if you want her position. It's fine. It's okay. [02:27:33] Speaker C: I don't think I'm going to be in Chicago anymore. I might come back. I might be gone. I might be back to visit. [02:27:54] Speaker E: But. [02:27:54] Speaker C: I think I'm gone. I need to find myself. But in the meantime, all I ask. Tsinyakas takes a place, and Gangrel gets treated better than they were before the previous underloading. That's all I ask. [02:28:17] Speaker E: As well as we can. Town I will help you arrange transportation. And for now, it's where we're going to leave this episode.
